Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
 
This place is cheap in every sense of the word: the rent is low but the walls and floors are so thin you easily hear your neighbors, the ONE trash compactor is overflowing every weekend, and FedEx packages are routinely stolen or mis-delivered by the uncaring office staff. I am leaving as soon as I close on my house. If you're considering Canyon Creek you look elsewhere. One the plus side - I do have a garage.
