And I can't wait to get out. My primary issue is the noise. This place is SO poorly insulated that one person just going about their lives sounds like 6 people having a falling contest. It is unpleasant to live under someone, and it is likewise uncomfortable living above someone, knowing that you are probably making them miserable.

Dog poop is a huge problem. Booming bass from cars is a big problem. The single dumpster for the entire complex is a problem (although it seems to be improving.) Management has always been VERY pleasant to me. There is one new girl, Annie, who is the sweetest thing on the planet. Residents aren't too bad.

Parking seems to be no problem. The grounds always look nice to me, except for the poop.

But the noise...ugh...it is UNBEARABLE. I literally entered therapy because I thought something was wrong with me for not being able to handle the noise, but after reading the reviews I see that it is a common complaint. It isn't so much partying that is a noise problem, at least not for me. But people walking overhead sounds like THUNDER, making it impossible to put a child to sleep, and you can hear your neighbors alarm clock and conversations through the walls. Rent is cheap though. I can't wait to get out of here.
