We lived at Vistas for two years until last month.
Our rent was three days late and they sent us an unconditional notice to vacate. Because this happened over Easter weekend, we were unable to seek legal counsel, so simply complied and moved out.
They agree the appartment was left in good condition.
They have now charged us over 10,000 dollars in accelerated rent and other fees.
Please bear this in mind before you sign on an appartment here.
