Too noisy, dirty, poorly built

The noise is terrible. The bedrooms are back-to-back with no insulation, so you hear EVERYTHING. I can hear the person snoring at night, or someone talking on the phone in the bedroom. The A/C units are terribly cheap and noisy, too, with 6 units right outside the master bedroom windows. Even with the window closed all the time (even in nice weather) I still wake up in the middle of the night from the A/C noise. The buildings are splitting apart. Poor construction. The ONE dumpster for the entire complex is always overflowing down the sidewalks. Tho, of late, that has gotten better. I have had the displeasure of extremely loud and inconsiderate neighbors, that has taken months of complaints to the front office to quiet them down. I would not recommend this place.
