I moved in a month ago and was alittle worried after reading the reviews about this place, but after being here for a month I am satisfied. The A/C units are louder than normal units, but they keep my apartment nice and cold. I read lots of reviews about the thin walls, but I can't say I have had any issues hearing other tenants. I am one the third floor so I don't know if that matters. The trash dumpster is kinda messy nd does stink but what do you expect garbage to do that sits out all week in 90 degree weather, smell like flowers. The maintenace crew has been good. Any issues I had were promptly fixed. Overall, this place is very good for the $$, I got 1040 sq ft w/ the black appliances package for 581/month, and that isn't a typo. Anywhere else you would pay at least $900 for that amount of space. Only shaddy thing I saw was that they require you give a 60 day notice before you move out, but for that good of a deal I can deal with a lound AC unit, a sometimes messy dumpster area, and giving 60 days notice.
