What can i really say' I have been living here for almost a year and a half and there have been a few things that bother me. The fact that i can smell the cigarette smoke from my neighbor really disgusted me. My clothes stank for months and managment never took care of that. I had to take matters into my own hands. Regardless of that, the only other thing is the ac. I have had numerous trouble with it. That was finally fixed and managment and maintanence did cooperate. But overall, neighbors are nice and managment has been helpful most of the times. I think it just depends what building you are in with regard to the bugs, noise and trash. I live in the back of the complex on the third floor, so i really don't smell the trash. So overall, i have no huge problems like other tenants have. Hopefully managment will continue to give good deals so i can stay here for another year.
