The staff is unhelpful and unfriendly. There is only one dumpster that has trash spilling over the sides everyday! There is dogshit everywhere. Now they have a Super Wal-Mart under construction right next door and the sounds are deafening from the construction vehicles. The rent is too low so you get all sorts of trashy people living right next door to you. There is not enough parking for the amount of people they that have cars there either. Walls are so thin I can hear my neigbior snoring at night.

So the management took $260 of my security deposit for unknown reasons. The explanation letter they sent to me in the mail, has 2 items that are some kind of code.

"WRE30" - $200
"GRE45" - $60

No one working at the management office could or would tell me what these items mean. So I am forced to contest these items and take them to small claims court in Austin.

Do not live at these apartments unless you want a dirty, filthy, busy apartment complex. Then when you leave, expect them to take a tax from your security deposit and not explain the charges to you.

Screw the staff at Vistas Roach Motel. You people can all rot there. The staff turns over every 30 days anyhow. So don't expect the same people to be checking you out that signed your lease. That tells me the owners don't pay them very well and they move on to better jobs.
