I liked the apartment itself and the great price when I moved in but be careful, once you are in if you plan on living here after your lease they will raise the rent over $100. Seems they like high turnover. During the summer my AC didn't work when it was in the triple digits. It took 3 months before it was finally fixed. They don't consider no A/C in the middle of summer an emergency. The dumpster situation is horrible and trashy people have moved in and continue to move in. Seems like a lot of section 8's. They don't enforce their rules so there is trash on people's balconies and bikes in the common areas which is against the regulations. It is getting worse and worse and I have seen a lot of turnover which, again, they seem to encourage. Yes, I am leaving asap! Oh, and parking IS a nightmare!
