The rates are good for the available space, but they tried to up the rent by $200 when my lease was up. The grounds are ok, but the way that people drive within the complex is horrible.
My biggest problem has been with the office staff. I usually have to ask for things at least twice. On three different occasions I've been told they have no package for me AFTER being left a slip by UPS. I have learned to wait ten minutes and then go back in. Each time they found it on the second try, as they were simply too lazy to look the first time.
Get used to blank stares and open mouths from the office staff.
Mantainence seems ok. Thw Walmart going up next door will make this place unbearable.
