I have lived here for over a year now and just signed another year lease. I have had 2 problems with bugs and a/c over this time period which were always fixed within 24 hours. My daughter is 10 months old and I feel this is a safe apartment complex for us. If I ever needed help carrying up grocery, I have been offered plenty of help. The trash is in the center of the complex so it's a few feet away, but nothing bothersome to me. I don't have problems with noise and only 1 problem with parking. I came home at 3am and had to park 10 spaces further than usual, but hey... who cares''' I enjoy this complex and yes, the rent has been raised along with every other complex on 620. DEMANDS ON GOING UP RIGHT NOW!!! It's a great area of Austin to live. Your 20 mins from everywhere! There is a new Wal-Mart going up, but unless you go outside, the noise is not heard. I think alot of people are looking for somewhere to complain, but they are entitled to their opinion. This is mine and a good one at that!
