Lots of dog poop everywhere. No one keeps their dog on a leash.

Trash is a major problem there is only one compactor for the whole complex. Don't try to throw away anything after Friday.

If you do live here, please watch out for children. They run around all the time unattended.

Apartment staff changes frequently. Only two women who work there are on the ball.
They almost cost me my job, never informed me of a package that I needed for a month.
Whenever I have a package they tell me it's not there. Then call me five minutes later to tell me they've found it.

My biggest complaint when maintenance and apartment staff were parked in a golf cart having a conversation in front of the ambulance that my husband was in AND I HAD TO ASK THEM TO MOVE OUT OF THE WAY!!!!!!

1. dog poop....pick it up. 2. children....5 points if you the hit the smallest one. 3. Ambulance...the least of your problems in your fast-paced lifestyle. 4. Hot dogs anyone?

sounds like you had a bad experience - i managed to get out of lease thank god without a penalty - TxCowboy2006 - you are so not funny - would like to have seen your response if it was one of your family members in that ambulance - you a kid perchance ?

Cowboy is an idiot. I shouldn't have to pick up after other peoples dogs. As a pet owner you should be responsible for your animals. Children have rights as much as cowboys do. Just wait till it's your kid that gets hit by a drunk flying through the parking lot in a pickup. If I ever see you, you will need an ambulance, punk.
