but only because my ex left me stranded here and it's way too far of a drive for me to work. I have lived here for almost 3 years. I never really had any problems until about a year ago. Ants in the apartment were BAD, as were silverfish! The maintenance is great. The front office staff was very helpful for me in the times I needed. The walls are thin! I could hear the neighbors above me arguing loud and clear, not to mention that the same neighbors had some people over one night, were loud, beligerent, and obnoxious, so my boyfriend at the time knocked on the ceiling to shut them up. They quieted down, but only to find out the next morning they SPIT on my car windshield and windows, and flicked cigarette butts on my car as well. The management definitely took care of that as soon as I went in and complained. I love the floor design of the 1 bedroom with attached garage, which is what I'm in. The kitchen island is the BEST!! Overall, I'd say it has been a somewhat decent and good experience, but I as of lately, not too great. With that Super Wal-mart going in next door also DOES NOT help! So you may want to consider all the traffic and people that that store will attract before deciding to live there.
