Any1 knows what happened to the old staffs' Old manager- GRETCHEN. She's a NICE MENAGER
Got the NEW one now.. She's SUCK.. and terrible... just pretend to be nice outside.. but very very mean and stringy.
She didn't want to spend any peny out of budget... guess what''' she would try to SAVE every single pennies for the apt..then she would get a BIG BONUS check the end of the year due to not spending (stringy) on fixing problems...
Carpets are so old and smell... didn't want to change...
Walls are so THIN.. Can HEAR everything.. especially if you have some1 lives above you.. You would DEAD meat... Would hear all noises they make... even walking around... TERRIBLE... and NIGHTMARE...
I would not recommended any1 to move here... Can't wait to get out of LEASE.
