First off, don't read in to everything you hear. These sites are biased. It's always about some schmuck who didn't get his deposit back because he was wasted and puked on his carpet or let his dog piss everywhere. It's about some lady who chose to live on the first floor and thus bears the noise of children running above her. Get over it, it happens everywhere!!!! However, people are people and will make mistakes and you can t take everything so personally. Apartment living is just that it has nothing to do with the place itself. The world doesn t revolve around one person.

I am content here and have seen a lot of people come and go. The current management is nice and quick to respond to my needs. It is very peaceful here, the landscaping is looking more manicured and the maintenance is outstanding. However, no place is perfect. I have seen a lot of crap sitting on side of the road almost every weekend I can only hope they are purging the trashy residents and racist bigots like the ones that have written the previous reviews.

The truth is, a lot of disgruntled residents or prospects like to get on this website as a way of getting back at the staff or management. Maybe they didn't get their way, were not qualified nd are being immature about things. They lie and exaggerate anything and everything. The only thing that I can say is, READ YOUR LEASE, APPLICATION AND EVERYTHING THAT YOU SIGN. It is your fault for putting your name on something before your read it. Call me crazy, but I call that IGNORANT!!! Beside most of these reviews are from when Archstone was managing the property.

yeah, ok. so after the new management came, that place went to the darkside. i mean there was an apartment across from mine with a matress on the 3rd floor and some kid was sleeping on. trashy. and the new office people are horrible people. rude and WILL ignore you when you walk in. plus they built a chinese warehouse (a.k.a. walmart) right next door. dude you are dillusional.

This is obviously the pretty guy at the front office. I can tell by his snide remarks. The only schmucks here are us who got screwed by the new management. I am stuck for another year at this trashed complex. When archstone owned the place it rocked. Shame these folks came in and ruined the atmosphere.

First OF ALL- I am a locator who leases here frequently and have NEVER heard of any complaints from my customers. I agree that this website is abused and it is the only LEGAL way some jackass can get back at a complex if they don't get their way. The problem with most of the people that complain on this website is that they always assume that they are entitled to respect and "above and beyond service" even when they do not in fact deserve it. Some of the complaining just sounds like a bunch of racist jerks- sounds like the "trashy people" they are talking about are the "------- people" who are now able to get into the complex. I really hope those of you who are guilty of this grow up and stop thinking you are SOOOOO much better than everyone else. The people in the office are not the nicest or cheeriest people I will agree, but they are by far not the a**----- you make them out to be. Every customer I have leased there has given a good review of their experience with the complex, office staff, and mantainence. To make a long story short- unless you have something good to complain about where you were actually wronged, PLEASE say nothing at all.

Um. Actually "trashy people" means just that. And most of the people here are white. So, the term "white trash" frequently comes to mind. Interesting that you immediately assume this is a thing about "------- people". Pathetic to play the race card when no one has even mentioned it. Check yourself into a clinic somewhere. Really. The new staff, besides being nasty, have organizational problems. Before I GLEEFULLY left I had problems with them 1)claiming to have not gotten my rent check and threatening late fees (until I produced a cashed copy from the bank) and 2) confusing my rent for another tenant's rent amount (until I produced a lease and got an 'oh yeah', no apology). There are severe trash issues, as in actual TRASH, not "------- people" (lol - who the Hell uses that term anymore?). The grounds look terrible. Interesting that yet another person who clearly has connections to the office decided to post. Who else would be so upset and clearly taking it personally?

If the person above that is so proudly an apartment locator is not even secure enough in their beliefs of a property to post an identity, your full of crap. The first part of that brilliant quote is debatable but as for the second part, as a basic of customer service we who sign and pay for a service, by default are entitled to above and beyond service. As far as your bringing the race card into play, I am one of those "-------" people you referred to. Personally I am very offended by someone that is so stupid they can't realize they are stupid. The more acceptable terms would be --------American or just good ol' -----. With regard to your confidence and positive feedback you've received from people you've tricked, please provide the name of your website so that we can see all the positive feedback you claim. If you cannot provide anything to back up your point, don't waste bandwidth posting what is clearly coming from someone clearly associated to the complex. Good Day

hey LOCATOR, why don't you give out your name instead of ANOYMOUS??? yeah.. right.. I lived there since archstone was the owner, we moved from out of state to here, Austin. We were with Archtone also, there was no problem at all since we moved, until ALARA bought over.. That's really SUCK.. Locator, you got too many moneys, how much you got?? $700.00 at least right.??? that why you said they're NICE...yeah...right.. why don't you move in and stay there, so you can have the feeling wh/ one is true, wh/ one isn't true...Meaning "TRASHY PEOPLE"... included yourself also..since you're TRULY "trashy" so you can tell other trashy, right? If you don't know, then you've never used that WORD, if you don't know so well. I think you're also an ------- like office staffs. If you're MALE, then you're exactly like an ------- MALE staff, pretty face but ugly attidute with stingky mouth. I have lived at Canyon Creek for three years and have enjoyed the experience. It is a quiet, clean and secure place to live.
