This apartment is turning into a ghetto slum. They are letting this place turn into East Austin ghetto. My car was broken into 3 times. How is this place a secure area when everyone knows the get access code' The walls are so thin I can hear my neighbor farting. If you like your car broken into and dog feces all over the place, then move right in here. Do not use the free carpet wash coupons they give you. They will take the cost right out of yor security deposit. I am glad I am out of here. My car's windows can only be replaced so many times!!
When the maintenance staff got off work, they used to drink beer below my apartment balcony. Even they hated the management and did everything they could to get out of working too hard for them.

This is going to happen where ever you live unless there are guards posted at the gates. I don't know about you but I can't afford to live at a place like that. Maybe that is why you decided to live here also. As far as the noise goes it is an apartment not a house.

the gates are pointless. anyone can park in the front of the complex and just walk in and do whatever they please. i lived on the 2nd floor and it was miserable. it was like my upstairs neighbors were playing football or something 24/7. SO LOUD. the new management is just a bunch of kids being snotty and rude and moving out of that place was a NIGHTMARE. do not move here unless you want to be treated like crap.

The security gates are not pointless. They keep out a lot of the dummies. Thieves are dummies or they wouldn't be thieves. I bet the person above had to walk in a lot. This is a very secure place to live. The only time I ever heard of a car being broken into was when the anonymous person above reported it. More than likely it was someone who knew that person. When they left they took thier problems with them as there have been no break ins reported since.
