The new management is horrible, the landscaping is being torn apart (I lost every inch of privacy I had around my patio), the rules are getting longer and dumber, it's way too expensive for what you get, and, finally, they're building a University out the back door and not to long ago they put a Super Wal-Mart in next door. After that laundry list, if you still think you want to live here, you're nuts! I've lived here for two years, and this place has turned into a complete slum. I'm getting out as soon as I can. Hopefully, before they start construction on the stadium that will be right off my patio. Ugh!

If you heard the construction, and could see through the now minimal "tree barrier" you would understand that IT IS RIGHT OUT MY BACK DOOR. I live in one of the back, far left corner apartments. That's as close as you can get to the construction.
