In the 3 years I lived here that Archstone owned the place it was a dream. They let all the natural flora grow. They kept the place clean and treated us very nice. In the 3 months that I have dealt with the Trinity people who just purchased the place, I have had to call at least three times. They clear cut every shrub and natural area on the premises. They added these two trash dumpsters to the rear entrance and they are disgusting. They constantly overflow. All it took was these schmucks to purchase the place and it went from a 10 to 1 in my book. Yes I still live here, a model tenant, now stuck with another year of horrid service.

I was so happy to see someone else complain about the landscape. My two year old could have done a better job. If you like dead shrubs and dumpsters as contemporary decor, move right in. If I were a pet owner I would be horrified, the mess from other irresponsible pet owners is overwhelming.
