Aside from the obvious change of management issues. ------------- staff were not by any stretch the brightest but they were amicable. The current management/leasing team from Trinity is rude and in no way accomodating. Last I checked, they were in the customer service business and are failing in a bad way. As pointed out in numerous other reviews, the trash problem by the rear entrance/exit is trashy. At first they had one dumpster then in an vain attempt to win rentors over they contracted a second dumpster. Guess what, still trash piling up and smelling really rank. FYI, with the sorrounding woods, rodents now have a destination location. Way to go management team.

I've made numerous complaints in regards to my classy upstairs neighbors tossing their cigarette butts off the balcony. This along with fruit peelings, plastic wrappings et al yet none of these issues have yet to be addressed. This really is a poor complex to lease from. If you're willing to deal with apathy and lower standards of living, I'd suggest going and getting a place with a considerably lower rent as the issues you'll deal with there are the ones you'll deal with here but for less money per month.

Always be wary of moving into any place next to a Walmart.
