Well since I'm tired of reading the vitriol from people clearly connected to the office staff, I'm posting yet another negative review.
I recently left this complex. The management office is disorganized and rude. The grounds look terrible - trash and landscaping issues. Have a problem with a neighbor' Have a problem with something in your apartment' Get ready to call the regional office. That's the only way to get anything done.
Good luck if you decide to rent here. You're wasting your money and they'll probably screw up your rent check at least once every two or three months like they did with mine. Keep copies of cashed checks from your bank... seriously.
