Just make it short..

For future residents, if you want to move to this place , ALARA, just reconsider yourself befor you choose this place...

If you did sign a contract, never too late to cancel. You'll regret like us who lived here and had to move out after facing with facts.

We were out of state, and one of locator took us here and said that this place is nice.... we read the review and rating, but we didn't believe , exactly like one of a locator whoever also wrote a review...I feel this locator isn't speak of the truth..
This place is very very terrible, and just speechless. Never seen any poor customer service like this place. Everytime make a phone call around 5pm (on weekdays), one of staffs never picked up the phone... so pissed off...Run to the office and seen them just sit there and "chit chat"... Made me so mad...

There is anyone having problem with the MALE staff, he's so girly too me..He's very rude. that's all I can say, if make me say more about him... I will say really bad.

My apt is too old and always having problem with the AC. Carpet is also smell as well. Aunt is everywhere... really don't know where they were coming from...
All the requests asked, never went thru.

Good luck for those who aren't believe in what other residents spoke up here, then bless your heart... Just move here, then you will know.

I made a big mistake, so broke the lease and just left the place w/out any regretful.
Now I 'm so happy to move out.

It is obvious that this is same illiterate person who has written the last four reviews. You are only suppose to write one review and can only do so with one identity. This person must have gone through a tremendous effort to create four identities in order to make such illiterate posts. Tremendous for this person, but not for a person of average intelligence. This person is cheating by doing this and has exposed themselves as an identity thief. Thank goodness they no longer live here. I wouldn't want to live next to a thief and cheat. They must have had a bad experience, but I wouldn't believe anything they have to say. This is the kind of person who carries their troubles with them where ever they go. In one of the posts they said they still lived nearby which is too bad for all of us.

Even better about your response is that while pointing out this individuals illiteracy you shoved your foot in your mouth. "that this is same illiterate"; it should read "that this is the same illiterate". Nice job ----. Really though we just moved out of this place as well and not for maintenance issues but issues of indifference. Any time money is exchanged from a contract a service is entered into. With that you have a reasonable expectation of some customer service, it is what you pay for from a complex. No one working that office or more so your office ---- will ever be successful if you chose to do your jobs with that approach.
