Out of curiousity, I read these reviews and must say that the one on 9-4-07 MUST be an employee. Over a year of being here and nothing but crap from the get go. I thought Archstone was bad and then Alara took over! The 'fun' really began. Staff is rude, ill informed-if you can get though to the ones you need to talk to. Also, to whomever worte on 9-4-07, Alara took this over in May 2007 so these reviews are NOT about Archstone management. True, they weren't great but are now appearing even better after dealing with this new management.
For those of you considering moving here, the apts aren't bad, the view is decent but unless you want to spend inordinant amounts of time tracking every call you make to these folks, every scrap of paper etc.-don't move here! Enjoy your life-by living elsewhere and avoiding the headaches. People are moving out of here like crazy! While this is true of all apts-it was not like this here until these past few months-and 'no' it's not all ladies who have kids in apts over theirs or some guy who puked on the floor (guess you were the maint. guy who got to clean it' :)-see his review 9-4-07 to understand that comment)
