Hello everyone,
This place has been the worst place I have lived since the day I moved in. 1st the never made me connect my electricity, cant wait until they figure that one out. Then they do no have a copy of your contract for you to get, they try and tell you you have to buy it. When I needed repairs and suppost to get a new bathroom counter and sink, from previous damages, I only recieved the sink. They have lost my momey orders 3 times in a row and made me pay late fees each time. The complex allows large animals on the 3rd floor, so you can imagine what it is like at night time when Im trying to get some sleep. Good thing I have a garage, or parking would be hell. I was recieving knocks at my door for about a week straight and asked if they had some kind of security on call, they said 911 like smarties! And Last but not least, I could go on for days, I was told I would have a washer and dryer with brand new carpet, and floor, which I didnt have any of it! So if your thinking about moving here, there really are better places, this is the pit stop from hell!

I have to comment on the electricity situation.. Once they do find out, you will get back-billed which will probably leave you with an $800 electricity bill. Do you have that kind of money? With the way you spell, you're probably working at McDonald's next door!! HA!

We only offer washer and dryers in the studio sized apartments. The only time late fees are accessed is if we receive a rental payment after the grace period. We do not accept partial payments and therefor if a resident pays only half of the rental amount, we charge late fees until their rent is paid in full. We do not charge for copies of lease contracts as this is part of the paperwork we will be happy to provide.Large animals are allowed and we would behappy to handle any situation regarding a pet that is disturbing the community.
