Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
 
I have experienced no problems while living here...the rent is fair-priced in comparison to other places closer to downtown and the complex is pretty new (I think about 5 years old). The management people can be a little rude, but they always get repairs done quickly.

I considered moving to a place closer in to Austin, but decided against it because you can't beat how nice of a complex this is for the money!
