let's see where do I start, I am handicapped, and they refused to let me move to a bottom floor which was more than it cost for my second floor apartment unless I payed off my lease from my second floor apartment(cost was 922.00 a month)according to their staff and then payed for another full on my first floor apartment. Which means that I would have to pay a full two years to be able to live out my 6 month lease on my first floor oh and by the way did I mention that it would also cost me a 300.00 moving fee plus the cost of the movers. Nothing was EVER fixed in a timely manor to include leaky toilets and a drain that is still backing up on my washing matching machine, and it is still flooding my apartment whenever i try to do laundry in my oen apartment with my oen washer and dryer. It took them 4 months to fix the fan in my living room, (the reason they gave was they were no longer offering ceiling fans in the living rooms of any of their apartments and the ceiling fan has never been fixed in my guest bedroom which hs not worked right in 3 years. They (Finally) came and fixed my thermostat for my heat and A/C just 4 weeks ago, now it has been on order and written up for well over qne year and a half. My garbage disposal was not working properly for over six weeks and would back up into the dishwasher, and sinks,(grosssssssssss
