This place is the last place you want to move to. We moved here from out of town and found it to be a great place at first. But that is when we had a building with nobody above or below us. Then they moved in people above us that were selling drugs at all hours of the night. this was confirmed by the Austin State Police. However they did let us move into another apartment, but then the people who moved in above were not much better. They have never lived on their own and had mommy and daddy to co sign. We have done everything the management said to do and have rendered NO results. Half the time the courtesy officer does not return your phone call. The management says they heard us pounding when visiting the people who live above us WHEN WE WERE NOT EVEN THERE. The fact that they moved us apparently ceased all are other rights to actually complain again. they said they will come over at certain time and did not. Just one lie after another. If it was not for the property management, this place would be a great place to live, and it was until the management turned this place into a gehto frat house. DO NOT MOVE HERE, YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTTED

It looks like my previous agreements/comments were removed. Maybe my choice of a word was the reason? I used a different work than crappy to describe it. I agree with you about the courtesy officer. Sure he is a Deputy but out of the 10 times I have called in violations I have seen him one time. They get you feeling good because there is a cop living on site and that's all. I also stated that they allow druggies to live here, even druggies busted by the police. You can verify the police report by using the info in the other reply I made. They haven't been kicked out but my kids and I are instead. I also agreed with the ghetto frat house comment. Since the college behind the community is opening up and rebuilding there have been a lot of new youngsters moving in here with their crappy mufflers on their junkers, oil leaking wrecks (bad for pets), loud music from multiple apartments around where I am at (not just weekends) and idiots who like to have their car stereo turned up loud enough to wake you at night.
