As mentioned in many other posts on this website, the noise is unbearable. My neighbors next to me are fine, not too noisy, but the people above are absolutely awful. They let their children run around like madmen and bang their fists and bodies into the floor. It sounds like an earthquake is going on in our apartment between the hours of 7 am through 9 pm. Seriously, I don't think they ever take these children outside, and when we went to talk to them, they sort of blew us off like "Well, we have children, so what do you want us to do'"

How about discipline them not to jump off the furniture for a start'

Anyways, the noise is pretty bad but I will keep complaining to management until something is done.

I feel your pain...the first two tenants that lived above me had children, and it made my life miserable. If I were you, I would call the cops every time their children started acting up. A visit from the police or two ought to inspire your neighbors to discipline their kids. I have neighbors who used to play their home entertainment system below me, and when they finally got caught by the cops, I never heard another peep out of them. APD has always been extraordinarily gracious to me regarding these calls, and promptly reply.
