I haven't had too many problems with this apartment complex. The maintenance staff is very slow, especially if you use their website like they tend to promote. If it is truly an emergency I would recommend calling and talking to someone in the office if you want it done in less than a week. My upstairs and downstairs neighbors haven't been too loud but the ones across the hall are, although that isn't really the apartment complex's fault.

Not my first choice, but I have had a fairly good experience here. I love the lay out of my one bedroom apartment.
