Wasn't My First Choice- But A Great Decission

I was supposed to have an apartment at The Veranda but they screwed up my move in date and the apartment they had reserved wasn t to be ready for another 3 weeks. I needed to move that weekend so I check out Alara and was impressed by the overall look of the community and the 2 bedroom 2 bath. There was a little bump in the road with one of the leasing consultants (which I will not name) did not give me the correct information of all I needed for move-in so I had to wait till I got all the information together before I could get the keys. I was especially impressed with the assistant manager who was working the office by himself that day because everyone was out sick. There was a least 10 people in the office to move-in at the same time and I watched as he meet with each and every person and handled a few complaints about rent. I will only deal with him now.
The manager really needs to walk the breezeways they are all stained and full of spider webs. That will be my biggest complaint about the place. Yes you can hear noise just like every apartment maybe a little more here than others because of how the parking lot is next to the building. Reading all these reviews seems like everyone has a problem but it can t be perfect unless you own your own home.
