If you don't like it here, then move out. Guess what' we hate it when you come to the office with your little problems. You sound like a bunch of little crybabies - BOO HOO! We have plenty of renters now that Concordia is here. We don't even care about individual leasees now that we have a University to bill. Get a life, move into ARCH for all we care. Stop calling the front office for everything. We are not your baby sitters! If you are not a Concordia student, we don't even care if you fall down the stairs and break your neck. Our corporate office has told us to make your lives hell so you will move out ASAP. All we want now is Concordia students to make billing easier for corporate.

Clearly this is a poor attempt to make others believe this is really someone from the office staff. For someone from the staff to actually respond would imply that they actually care. What is sad is that the above post really is indicative of the service and attitude you'll receive as a resident at Alara. Do yourselves a favor and look at IMT Anderson Mill. Much nicer and better service from the office and maintenance. Not the brightest lot but at least they make the effort. We were here for almost a year while our house was being built and we've had zero issues. The rent is bit higher but you do get what you pay for.

What a --nny post! It's so true. I cant wait for a few years to pass and ---- hit the fan whenever Concordia purchases more land to build its own dorms so that they do not have to pay the outrageous bills that come with living in a rundown, extremely non-energy efficient apartment complex that's dated with a cheap face lift...no honestly I love it here... Move out sounds awesome, too bad that corporate isnt running any deals to where we could break our lease and get some douchebag Concordia students that raise hell in the parking lot and somehow manage to run over domestic animals amidst speed bumps....yeah good luck getting Concordia to foot the bill in about 4 years when all these awesome students are tearing apart such...a...beauti--l....complex... :)

Yes, the staff is not friendly at all. When I renewed my lease (yes, silly me) one of the girls in the front office told me I could get a free carpet cleaning. I went in a couple months later and the witch that works there now grilled me like I was an idiot for even suggesting something and "who told you you could get a free cleaning?" Damn, its your carpet, not mine people! I have called them several times over issues and they NEVER call me back, even when someone takes the message personally. Its very sad. They also hike up your renewal rate $20-40/mo, but charge new renters the same price as your old rent. When you confront them about it, they deny it! VERY VERY poor management. Any yes the murderer guy did live here. I watched the sheriff's swat team storm his apartment. Its not the first time numerous police cars have been on scene. I've lived here two years and they have been here at least 4 times.
