This is a comfortable and convenient place to live.
I think the grounds are beautiful. There are lots of places to eat and shop nearby.
I haven't had any problems with staff and any maintenance problems have been fixed immediately.

Mind you that was before the new management team has taken over in October. I have had nothing but problems with the staff since I moved in over a year now. I foolishly renewed my lease under the new management thinking they were be more friendly than the last team. Wrong! They promised me a carpet cleaning when I renewed. I have made two appts for the cleaning and no one shows up. I dont even get a phone call from the office as to why. My water meter didnt work for over 1 year after I moved in. They did a prorate on my water bill but treated me rudely each time I paid. As if it were my fault. Just fix I said to them. They took one out of an empty apartment and put it in mine. Someday someone will move into an apartment with a broken water meter and will probably not know the difference and yes my bill is smaller now that I have a working meter. I have never lived anywhere like this where the staff is so snotty and rude. I have also had scorpions in my apartment which totally freaks me out. I requested pest control. They sent them out one time on each occurence. I requested monthly service. It's a nice apartment and I will miss the view but not worth the aggravation I put up with from the office.
