The apartments have some superficial improvements,mostly around the office areas, however the reserved parking for the "courtesy officers" is a little much considering the very limited parking.

Trash dumpsters cover valuable parking space and many of the apartments outwardly exhibit a GHETTO look.

This is a tragedy considering the property could be one of the best in NorthWest Austin.
