This has got to be one of the most horrible places I have lived in. The management staff is rude and condescending, the maintenance is incompetent, and the grounds are turning ghetto-like. Not only did they have non-professional staff install speed bumps which look sloppy and are going to destroy our cars due to their uneveness and height but they also attached pvc piping to the gutters that stick out. They also repainted the buildings and apparently could not make up their minds because they are now four different colors and look stupid. I have had to turn in multiple requests for work orders because when they actually do show up (usually takes three or four requests for them to show up) and fix something it will break again and require another visit from the maintenance man. Apparently, fixing something once the first time is NOT a policy of theirs. Also, they apparently ignore the maintenance emergency after hours pager. My key broke off in my door and maintenance man never returned my page despite paging for two hours. The office manager had to come out to give me a new key after I paged security twice. I am moving out this week because they wanted to raise my rent by $60 per month despite that I have never in 1 1/2 years been late. I totally hate this place which lacks sufficent parking and is turning into the NW Ghetto.

Honestly I have to agree with this user. The speed bumps are rediculous. There are two that are really bad, and no matter how slow you go it will scrap the undersside of the car. Also, I was told the reason the initial bump coming into the apartment complex is so much bigger than the rest is due to the stop sign that NO ONE ever stops at. It's rediculous.
Also, the maintence people are not that great. When something is supposed to be done it takes more than one time to get it fixed. I had a door that would not shut to my bathroom, when the maintenace man came in to fix it he looked at it and said, "Oh, that's not even the right door for this doorway"...and did he change the door, no, he did not. Now the door shuts, but makes a loud pop sound when I open it.
Parking is a joke. There seems to be plenty up around the office area, but in the back area, good luck. Honestly the apartments are not worth the price you have to pay.
I will honestly recommend the neighbourhood and the school. My child goes to the elementary school and it's wonderful, and the neighbourhood is really great too. Very close to all shopping areas and even the mall.
