Amberley Ridge

I moved into amberley ridge october of 07, and everything was so easy. Al the paperwork was done in a great amount of time and everyone was super nice. Now we have new people in the office, which isnt bad, I mean, they're very nice people and I am greeted by name everytime i come in, which is nice. But the maintance really needs to step up. My family and I were in our living room one afternoon, and one of the maintence guys just bursts into our apartment. I felt bad for him, he was I'm assuming, new, and terrified at what he had done.. exited right away and knocked to apologize... just very bad judgement I guess... also, if you arent overly clear about what you want fixed in your apartment on a work order, they either do nothing, or come in and find something totally different to fix... even if it needs no fixing.. I love the playground for the kids, I have a 3 year old that loves to play outside, and they have a nice shaded area.. but the sand is usually filled with trash from the older kids that have no business playing on a playground like that., and the kids all have very filthy mouths and yell horrible curse words while outside, and most of the time there is a large radio playing very foul mouthed rap music, loud enough for me to hear back at our apartment. other than that, the whole 2 person staff at the complex office does the best it can i guess... the apartments arent bad inside, they have ample storage area in the master bedroom closet, and the bathrooms are nice enough... tho we have had bug problems like CRAZY. my husband and I keep our apartment fairly clean, no food on the floor and such, but we still get huge water bug roaches or just plain ole roaches all the time, and if you arent there when the pest control gets to your apartment once a month, u dont get sprayed.... g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd
