If you want to have high-end neighborhood, don't move here. Look at something else, unless you really like second-hand smoke, oh yeah, I know, it is free.

What does 2nd hand smoke have to do with the apartment complex?? I live here and have never been more satisfied. The staff is really nice, they don't bother me and I pay my rent via auto debit so I don't really ever go into the office, but they are really cool when I do.

AMlI is by far the wort place I have ever lived. We moved into an apartment two months ago and have had nothing but problems since. Poor construction, and the worst management team my husband and I have ever delt with. They are nice up-front, but don't ask them to fix/repair ANYTHING. ------ is awful. Never smiles and does the job half-way. I've already had two run-ins with ------ the Manager, she is both rude and unprofessional. Talks down to you as if you are a nobody. Do these people realize that if it were not for the renters they would not have a paycheck? We don't think they care. Also, the leasing agents are very nosey, they are into everyones business. We have talked to some of our neighbors and they seem to have similiar feelings as us and some of the same experience. My advice is STAY AWAY!!! You will do yourself and those you love a big favor!!! This place is simply not worth the money or headache. There are much nicer places out there. We will not renew our lease, and I we could we would be gone by now!

I guess the resident on review 9/12 doesn't realize that most of the staff in the office smoke... It comes with the territory, sorry. But with that said you will find smokers no matter where you go... so unless you are not fat eat a perfect diet workout everyday and live a perfectly clean life you shouldn't live anywhere on this planet. go save the earth!

Who cares people? Buy a house if you are so miserable! Seriously. I can't believe I am so intrigued by what all you miserable residents have to say. All these negative postings about all the gossip are probably coming from the ONE resident who FINALLY moved out of my building!!! She was crazy. She would walk around asking people to sign her petition because she was unhappy. She is the one who started all the gossip at the pet park. She was beyond help, believe me! The only negative thing I have to say about AMLI is they shouldn't have waited this long to make that crazy woman move out! They should have made her move out 4 months ago!
