I moved in back in April and have loved it ever since! My apartment is great! There are no complaints there with the modern fixtures and cabinets which most complexes don't offer. As for the leasing staff, I pay my rent on time so I don't really have much interaction with them. The person who leased to me was extremely professional and made the whole moving experience easier on me. I don't have a dog so I can't tell you about the pet park. The dogs seem to enjoy themselves, though. If I did have a dog, I don't think I would want to be around the miserable, medicated, bi-polar, negative, divorced people anyway. Parking is ample at my building. I haven't needed maintenance to come out to my apartment often, but when they have they have always taken care of the problem within two days. My building is quiet, too...not much to complain about there. The only thing that sucks is the location of the dumpster. It is a little inconvenient. Other than that, I have really enjoyed living here!
