I moved into Amli Anderson Mill in June 2007, and while I never had any real problems wiht the Amli staff, they seemed snobby after I actually moved in. The property sold a few weeks ago, and the property is now called IMT Anderson Mill. All I can really say now is WOW...the new staff is wonderful. So far, every maintenance issue that I have had has been taken care of the same day, and the girls in the office and the maintenance guys are great. The atmosphere has changed from "please lease with us, then we'll ignore you" to "we are so glad you live at our community" - I really feel like the new people appreciate me as a rent-paying customer. So KUDOS to the IMT Anderson Mill staff...keep up the good work and I will definately be renewing my contract in December.

You MUST be an employee of IMT. I live here and nobody thinks the new management is better than AMLI. This place is already starting to fall apart since IMT took over. Plus.......how on earth would your lease be expirnig in December if you moved in during the month of June????? AMLI never allowed anyone to sign a 6 month lease. Nice try though!

Actually you are wrong! I know several people who live here and they are also on a short term lease. Have you ever heard of changing up the incentives? I can tell you right now that one of my neighbors are on a short lease and are planning to renew because of how happy they are and I plan to renew my lease also. This loser has no idea what he is talking about. This is a great place to live!!! I couldn't be happier!
