I moved in a while back, and I REALLY like the new managment. They really seem to care. I saw them carry out packages for another resident who had like ten boxes. The maintenance is really nice also. He came out and fixed my heater at almost midnight.

That's funny, I just read a letter posted all over the place that IMT is refusing to accept packages until after January 2008. Way to go, losers, real nice of ya, especially during the holidays. Is your nickname "Grinch?"

I'm sure that there is a perfectly good reason as to why they are not expecting packages. I have lived here through the transition and I love the staff at IMT! There all super helpful and nice. If you hate it so bad then leave. You sound like a real pain of a resident anyway!

Now that's the grammer I expect from Rae Ann and/ or Wendy. "Expecting"!? Really!? How about "accepting"? And shame one you two for telling a resident to move instead of doing the professional thing and solving customer issues. Because you know that IS what we are... your CUSTOMERS!!!
