I am a Certified Residential energy Inspector living here. The construction of
the property and my monthly bills are excellent value. The staff is much more helpful than
any other complex that I've lived. I feel like I'm at home here. The only downside I've found
is the constant barking of people's dogs. I'm partly to blame for moving into such a pet friendly
place. The staff does their best to monitor their tenants. However, there are just some bad dog
owners out here. They leave their animals outside unattended all night or all day during work
and they just bark constantly. So if you are reading this and you are one of those who just
pushes their beloved pooch out onto their tiny 8X10 porch all day get an Aquaruim instead!

hey man, on June 7, 2007, by a vote of 7 to 0, the Austin City Council passed the ordinance to ban the chaining and tethering of unattended dogs. The new law took effect on October 1, 2007. If they are in an outdoor enclosure (like a balcony area) it has to be 50 ft away from a residence or business. Fine is something like $200-$500!! call the cops on those animal haters!!!!
