I have lived at this complex for 7 months, and have decided that I will most likely not be renewing my lease in August. I picked the complex because the price was great, I liked the design and I have two dogs, so I loved the idea of the dog park.

Unfortunately, there have been more cons than pros. First of all, the construction is cheap. I was the first one to live in my apartment and things started coming apart within weeks of moving in. Even though I love dogs, the pet friendly environment causes an excess of unwanted noise, as well as mess in the yards from inconsiderate owners who do not clean up.

Since IMT has taken over managment, services have been removed, the office hours have decreased, the dumpster has been overflowing, pet cleanup bags are not replaced within reasonable amount of time, and overall service has been fairly poor. Every time I have gone into the office, I have had discouraging service from unfriendly office staff.

I have seen other apartments in the area with similar prices and nicer overall designs. I will choose something else when my lease expires.

The only thing I can tell you is that IMT office staff tries hard to keep everybody happy. The only time the dumpster overflowed and was actually full was at Christmas when there was a contract dispute between IMT and Waste Managment. The only time it overflows now is when other tenants are too lazy to press the little green button to start the compactor.
