So here are the following gripes since move in...
-Eviction threatened twice for issues relating to "some other unit, sorry"
-Construction gate left open for weeks on end, in this time 7 cars were broken into as well as 1 apartment being broken into.
-So many maintenance issues, AMLI (at the time) gave me 3 weeks rent credit for all of the problems.
-LOUD tenants around me.
-Nearly every time I go outside someone has a dog running loose.
-Dogs being left outside over night (barking) throughout the day (barking).
-AMLI management cared more about how they looked than how they dealt with tenants
-Actual response from AMLI employee.."Sorry no one replied last night, we were having drinks at Woodrows with the maintenance guy"
-People think the front drive is a racetrack.
-The heavy set girl dancing and singing LOUDLY on the patio on Halloween WOW!!!!
-Under IMT, it seems they were going to make "Marked improvements" still waiting
-Under IMT you can usually bet on the dumpster overflowing.
-Build qualiy and finish out of apartments (once you REALLY look) is horrid.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND ONE BIT!!!!!
