I have lived here a year, during the time where AMLI changed to IMT...THANK GOD for the ownership change!; HALALUJAH!

The IMT staff is laid back; they're not in your business unless they're invited....maintenance is unbelievably quick and effective. This management is OPTIMAL. And such a WELCOMED change from the ----, disorganized, inconsistent AMLI -------. I'm a travel RN, so I have been and will be living in apartments for a long time...I will refuse any AMLI property, even if it's in the goddam middle of downtown Austin. Not worth it; trust me! AMLI blows!

IMT Anderson Mill is brand new; I am a single woman and have felt safe here, for the most part, here at IMT Anderson Mill.

My new neighbors are way ghetto,however -I've heard through the grapevine from my neighbors that they've complained to management about noise, littler, and ------- tons of people being in and out of their apartment.....prostitute or drug-like
....and nothing has happened....there's lots of litter, bringing people in and out, all times of the day and night...If I was looking at new places, I'd ask if they're a part of the government funded subsidy....it seems like that recently. However, that may be only my area. This place is huge and it seems really safe

however, i walk my dog around the entire property, (possibly my particular neighbors suck, however I'd ask if they're doing government subsidy. if they are, it's going to get unsafe.)
and i don't feel scared now....at all..ever..even at midnight.

i love the dogpark on site. really, if i could move this apt complex, with it's same management, about 16 miles south, closer to where i work, i would.
