Staff are liars and incompetent. Promise things and then renig. Got written up for noise twice the week we were moving in yet the 4 kids up stairs ran up and down the halls and bounced basketballs. They did nothing no matter how much we complained about the noise, yet they threatened to evict us for being noisy while we were moving. The problem was the staff was never called when we supposedly made the noise nor was the night security officer called on us. We were not making the noise it was the tenants above us, yet they threatened to evict us. Told them I was not moving so they dropped it but still never did anything about the monsters above us. Dogs are allowed to be left out all day on the balcony and they just bark and bark and bark. Rotts and Pits are also allowed and they are brought in the dog park. Cheaply constructed where walls are "paperthin" paint is horrible water washes it off and the doors chip paint really bad. Not worth more than 700 a month for 3 bedroom.
Oh and a major problem I had was they give out your personal information, etc at the office. Very bad practice to do so.
