So much happier not living here.

The IMT apartments were very difficult to live in. I dreaded coming home. The staff are WAY too into your business. I think that it is great to be friendly, but I believe there is a line of professionalism that they need to be aware of.
The nicest person was the night officer. I acutally felt safer just for the fact that he was on duty. The barking WAS terrible. Also, the dog poop WAS everywhere. I even owned a dog and I worked very hard to keep the poop picked up. I was also threatened for eviction b/c of a misunderstanding. The staff does not communicate effectively. Most of the time, things could be solved just from a simple phone call...that's what AMLI did before IMT moved in. It worked very well. I think this would clear up the eviction "mess-ups" that are obviously happening. I would look down the street (down Parmer) for a more organized facility. When you are looking for a place to live, make sure to ask the staff a lot of questions before you decide on which apartment you want to live in!
