We moved into this community when it was still an AMLI property. Things ran smoothly and we had no problems. When IMT came on board, things immediately went downhill. Our A/C broke 4 times, each time the same problem. We received a lease violation for having a charcoal grill in our backyard, and when I showed the staff in the office the portion of our lease that expressly allowed grills outside of 15 ft, the staff said the rules had changed. Thanks for the notice. Then we found out that IMT had lowered their rent and we were paying $150 more a month than our neighbors with the same floorplan. Bottom line: for a place that bills itself as a luxury community, they fall extremely short.

I lived at IMT for a year total, both when it was managed by Amli and then when bought by IMT. I had a much more positive experience with the IMT management. I had very few maintenance needs; the needs I did have were responded to within the same day of the complaint. I think the facility is well worth the money, and my rent seemed fair; about $900 for 1000 sq foot 2 bedroom apt. The facility is pretty and is new. I only moved due to be closer to where I work. I highly recommend it.
