We really enjoy living here. Our first neighbor above us was noisy, she has moved and the new people are great. I rarely have issues that require the office or mainenance but they are always friendly. I have never seen the compactor area look like the picture someone posted, that must have been Christmas or something. I love the yard and having a dog park for our dog.
