We've lived here for a year and a half now and absolutely love it. It's like living at a resort. Probably the best part is having our own private, fenced yard! It's awesome. We have a dog and all we have to do is open the back door to let him out. We also love having BBQs in our backyard. The pool is fantastic and gorgeous and they have an awesome fire pit where you can have a fire and roast marshmallows! Awesome! The gym is also great. We work out almost every other night and we are almost always the only ones in there. Before IMT bought the property, the staff was kind of rude, but I am always shocked at how nice and understanding the IMT staff is. They host free happy hours, brunches and other activities. Almost too good to be true! The North Austin location is great too. So much to do in walking distance. I definitely recommend living here!

Don't be fooled. Does this not sound like an IMT leasing agent to you? I have lived here for a year and a half too and am breaking my lease to get outta here.Nice property is going downhill fast.Oh and by the way, the dogs bark all day and all night and no one ever gets lease violated. Also, the gate is broken every month or two and there is an upward trend of vandalism and break ins. Also, just for icing there is a brand new liquor store right across the street blocking the view of the new church. So come on down if you want ghetto fabulous. This place is a champagne label on a bottle of malt liquor:(
