The walls are so thin here you might as well as your neighbors to move in with you and save money (the rent's not cheap either). On the plus side, parking is ample, gym is nice enough, complex itself is well maintained, pool is nice, garden tubs are nice. But I'd say overall, can find a better apartment in a better location for same or less. The truly intolerable thing is the noise. If you have neighbors above you, be prepared to listen to their toilets flush and hear them walk (every step sounds like they are bowling up there). If you have neighbors below you, you will soon find they hate your guts because they think YOU are bowling/wrestling/running up there. It sucks to have to live/walk on eggshells. For that alone and the stress it causes, not worth it.
