My fiancee and I have lived here since February of 2009. when we first moved in, My paydays were the 1st and the 15th like every normal working person.. we could pay rent on time, no worries. The bank I work for sold in April of 2009 and changed our pay schedules to the 10th and the 25th. Now, Its hard to keep on top of rent but they're working with us. They understand and have not tried to kick us out. The only thing, is that we're paying almost 200$ extra after all the late fees. with the 10$ a day, and the initial 50$ late charge... with the economy the way it is, its hard to come up with that extra every month. Other than that, the only other issue we've had is that my fiancee's car has been broken into 3 times. they did give us a garage free for one month to avoid that again, but when the gates hardly work its not helping much.
