Looks good, shoddy underneath

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003
Since we have lived here our expensive looking cabinets, tile, appliances have constantly fallen apart/broken, etc. They are new, and it is clear that the construction crew rushed haphazardly through building and/or used unqualified laborers. It's sad...good materials, just AWFUL workmanship. We are the first to live in these apartments, yet our carpet is coming unglued, our cabinets are sagging and falling apart, our air conditioner leaks and makes horrible noises, there are stains that won't come off the tile, horrible paint jobs, takes so long for maintenance to get here (or they tell us nothing can be done) that we've fixed many items ourselves, and frankly the noise level from other apartments around are horrible. I've lived in many many apts and I haven't had this amount of noise bleed since the dorm room I lived in in college. I literally can hear every step, so bad as to being awaken by COUGHING from the neighbor beneath us. Bugs galore, scorpions, crickets, spiders everywhere, I am constantly vacuuming spiderwebs. In addition, numerous car break ins.
It's really a shame, I was so excited by the look of these apartments, but it's hard to not fume when you pay a very high price to live here and yet it falls down around your ears.
