I've lived here 6 months and it's the best experience that I've ever had in apartment living.
I do have neighbors that live above me and almost never hear more than an occasional bump. This is important to me because the last apartment I lived in (Legacy at Western Oaks) was so noisy that I could hear conversations through the walls and ceilings.
I read the other reviews and saw that others may be having some bug problems. I have not been over-run with bugs. We are in a natural setting and will have to expect to see a spider or 2. If it were a problem I'm sure that all you would have to do is call the office and schedule a spray. Pest control comes out every Tuesday. The staff is always very polite and willing to help in any way possible.
As for the apartments being expensive, you get what you pay for. The appliances are top of the line, the tile floors and granite countertops are beautiful (you have to pay extra for real tile at Legacy at Western Oaks), the light fixtures are very pretty, and if you saw the size of the master bedroom closet you would just die!
I'm proud of my apartment and I would encourage anyone who is looking for an apartment to move to the Hills at Lantana.
